Job Description
As a Senior Engineer you will be responsible for the projects at hand. Basic design works and basic construction plans, complete with the required strength calculations and in accordance with the rules and regulations, are part of your job. In general you will be working in close cooperation with a Junior Engineer who will make the 3D and 2D drawings according your specification. Contact with the client, class society and sub-contractors is part of the daily job. Part of your responsibility is project progression as well as monitoring quality of the jobs at hand. Close contact with the construction companies and shipyards allows you to check the workflow and see our projects being build. In our small teams you will have the possibility to grow with the company and share and expand your knowledge.

Job Requirements
For this job we are looking for an experienced engineer, graduated in Mechanical Engineering or Marine/Naval Engineering (or equivalent). 2D and 3D CAD skills are required, preferably AutoCAD/Inventor. Good knowledge of steel (and aluminium) ship constructions and material behavior are required. Knowledge of preparation and interpretation of FEM-analyses and ship stability are preferred. Making of Excel-based calculations and spreadsheets is a required skill. Furthermore communication in native Dutch and English is preferred.

Close contact with the construction companies and shipyards allows you to check and see your work being build. In our small teams you will have the possibilities to grow in knowledge and function.

Job Requirements
For this job we are looking for a beginning engineer, graduated in Mechanical Engineering or Marine/Naval Engineering (or equivalent). 2D and 3D CAD skills are required, preferably AutoCAD/Inventor. Familiarity with constructions in steel (and aluminium), basic strength calculations and an interest in the shipbuilding an maritime construction industry is required. Furthermore communication in native Dutch is preferred as well as good knowledge of the English language.
